Course for the Chaeseokgang Cliff and Naesosa Temple
The bus tour sets off at around 9 a.m., touring around the Jeonju Hanok Village in the morning. After lunch, the bus leaves for Buan and arrives at the Chaeseokgang Cliff, a major tourist attractions in Buan by 2:30 p.m. to observe the strata of sedimentary rocks that look like piles of books. The river was named after a similar river in China. The sea cave in the river has become very popular among young people who enjoy discovering the ultimate selfie-photo ops to share on social media by standing inside the black cave against a blue sky or the sunset aura. The next destination is to walk along a trail lined with cedar trees to visit the ancient Naesosa Temple with a docent-guide to provide interesting context. This tour course visiting two cities in one day finishes up in Jeonju at around 6 p.m.
Course for the Chaeseokgang Cliff, Gomso Fermented Seafood Center, and Buan Celadon Museum
The second course sets off from Jeonju and heads to the Chaeseokgang Cliff. After taking photos in front of sedimentary rocks, the bus heads to the Gomso Fermented Food Center for lunch. The next destination is the Buan Celadon Museum, whose building design was inspired by a celadon tea cup in jade green. The location of the museum in Yucheon-ri, Boan-myeon was the center of Korean celadon production back in the Goryeo dynasty. Housing the Celadon History Hall, the Celadon Hall, and the Celadon Experience Hall, the museum is a popular destination for family tourists, who can take part in pottery-making and have their work heated, finished, and delivered to their home. The outdoor historic site park beside the museum takes the form of a natural ecological park, making it ideal for couples and families for a leisure stroll. Going from a thousand years ago with the Buddhist temple and up to hundreds of thousands of years ago with the geological fault in the Chaeseokgang Cliff, visitors can time travel back to the city of Jeonju from the present. After bus tours to Deokjin Park and the Hanok Village, the fully packed day of the sightseeing tour finishes by 6 p.m.
