- Composition
- The Bada Hotel & Resort (total area: 4,639m2; lot area: 3,568m2; building area: 1,773m2) is a three-story building with one basement floor. It has 52 guest rooms including House Suites, Deluxe Suites, Family Suites, and various types of standard rooms (floor-heated, VIP, and double rooms). It is also equipped with a convention/banquet hall, a coffee shop, a seminar hall and other facilities.

- The Bada Hotel & Resort is one of the main accommodation facilities located near Gyeokpo Beach in Gyeokpo-ri, Byeonsan-myeon, Buan-gun, Jeollabuk-do. Although relatively small, it is a boutique type of hotel characterized by its unique and distinctive interior, charming design, and differentiated services. The lounge and facilities are decorated with unique furniture and accessories.
Gyeokpo Beach is located directly in front of the hotel, while the Chaeseokgang and Jeokbyeokgang Coastal Cliffs of Buan (Scenic Site No. 13) are situated nearby. Guests can easily reach Chaeseokgang Cliff at it is very close to the hotel. Dagibong Peak is located south of the hotel, and Gyeokpo Port is situated beyond.
