The shop’s iconic item “Osaek-jjinppang,” or “Five-colored Steamed Bun,” made of Korean flour, red bean, pumpkin, mulberry leaf, mulberry, and black rice was patented in 2012. In addition to Five-colored Steamed Bun, the bakery aims to satisfy diverse consumer segments with new items like Fresh Cream and Cream Cheese Steamed Buns, while contributing to the rise of added-value in local produce and income in farming towns by making bread using 100% locally sourced produce, such as flour, red bean, and salt.
